Take Action!

Tell Duke No Nuke!

Ohio’s new energy law requires utilities to invest in efficiency and renewables – creating jobs, protecting public health, and cleaning our air. However, Duke wants to be let off the hook for its efficiency responsibilities and has proposed to build an expensive new nuclear plant instead. If Duke gets away with gutting Ohio’s new efficiency and renewable standard, other utilities may try to follow suit!  Click here to take action!
